You may find yourself in a situation that calls for a change in diet to achieve a particular goal, whether it be weight loss, to more long-term issues such as managing an illness.
A qualified nutritionist, like myself, can assess your current diet, your goals, and help formulate – and tweak – a plan that works for you.
When it comes to nutrition, no ‘one size fits all’. That’s why I don’t believe in diets.
Why diets do not work
The truth is, many people who attempt to stick to calorie-controlled diets eventually fail, not only regaining all the weight they had previously lost, but putting on even more in the process.
The source of the problem lies in what you eat rather than the amount.
I want my clients to focus on eating better, not less. I believe that the key to weight loss and optimal health is lifestyle change, not dieting.
My approach to nutrition
